If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Any quality issues with your item should be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Customers will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question.
Please be advised that defective products and photos providing proof must not be altered or modified in any way, respectively.
If you receive a defective product or see a quality issue in the first month, KIDSERA will refund the original purchase price, as well as providing return shipping.

If you don't like the product, you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
You can submitted a return request on the KIDSERA messaging system, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within a week. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Please note if the item is marked “sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
INSURANCE
If you’re shipping an item over $75, you could consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
SERVICE
We guarantee that items purchased online at KIDSERA are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. Man-made damage is not covered by the warranty.We will repair, replace parts, or when appropriate issue a partial refund or exchange an item. The course of action will be up to our best judgement:
If a repair is authorized it must be returned to us (freight prepaid, with proof of your purchase) during the 12-month period after the date of your original purchase of the product.
Items damaged from abuse, misuse or overloading are not covered under warranty.
